Hello, I was trying from different source (also tried to search on Ubuntu wiki, but could't find) of the web to config vsftpd with virtual users. But none of them worked (they were using old config system unlike the current version). Sorry for bad English.

Can't login. I typed there the correct password (i created temp account just for test) and it didn't log me.
