Realtec ALC650F + 9.10 64= no sound

Hi, I have a similar problem on a laptop with sis 7012 audio card:

SiS SI7012 with ALC650F at irq 11

If the volume is at his maximum level the sound is corrupted (especially voice), if I set a lower value the sound is ok.
It happenes both with laptop's speakers and external speakers.
Any ideas?
