Gwibber and Empathy on Windows

Hello.

I am using Gwibber and Empathy for a while.

Does anyone know alternatives of the apps above, which supports Windows.

Note: Windows Live Messenger isn't such an option, because it doesn't support any other IM networks. And I don't know any Windows apps which connects to social networks like Facebook and Twitter.

Try Pidgin

Also, Pidgin has a Facebook plugin.

Digsby seems to popular - I've never had cause to use it myself, but I understand that it does IM and social networking.
