Can anybody help me how to use Festival-te (Telugu) Text to Speech Synthesizer (TTS)?
I have installed the package from the Synaptic but unable to make it work from the Terminal using the same method that we use for the English version.
Please let me know if u are aware of any GUI based Telugu TTS.
