Temorary Network Address Change

Folks,

I have an IP webcam that I have not used for a while, on connection recently it doesn't seem to work.

I have reset it but to no avail; before I throw it away I would like to know for certain that it is not working and am wondering if the default setting on the 192.168 network would pick up the DHCP server correctly on my 10.19 network or do I need to try it on a 192.168 network.

I am reluctant to change all my settings so am seeking advice as to if there is an easy way to do this?
