We are on the way then. We'll end up here.

3.8 is going to be critical.
Baked in support of the power-switching half of Nouveau Optimus.
Nice!
I totally borked my 13.04 desktops (linux 3.6.6 & 3.7-rc4 -- Unity & GS), this morning, by installing "caffeine-indicator" in Raring. I even killed LightDM. LoL! :D
Thank heavens for "ppa-purge"!
I'll see if I can break it again with 3.7.0-0... ;)
EDIT
Works on my LegacyStein machine.
Er... we're not supposed to be using 'raring-proposed' or are we?!?!?Code:vindsl@Zuul:~$ uname -sr
Linux 3.7.0-0-generic
That's progress.
I'm probably going to sticks with 12.10+PPAs until the first major breakage passes. Gonna be a bit more conservative this cycle.
I have a separate /home, but these breakages tend to hit at the worst possible times.
Thanks Philinux. That link is about bang-on (current) where we are at right now. I noted that Leanna expresses much appreciation for our (community) crack testing. Nice to hear. :)

Don't forget extras and i386 headers -all.
