If I was still Lord Vader I would command you to tell me what your User Title means. But now I'll just use my Jedi mind tricks. You will tell me what your user title means.

Yes, Lord Vader. About a month ago, roughly.

    Thank you for your help

I called Lenovo IBM customer support in Japan and they said I have to accept the Microsoft license and that they wont sell a PC without it and that I cant get a refund.

    Hi
I am in Japan, Kyoto, please tell me where in Japan I can easily order a laptop without Windows OS? I read your post here:

Where to purchase a new laptop without Windows installed?
    http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=137674

I was thinking of maybe getting a Lenovo IBM SL510 for 50,000Yen

Thank you for your time and help (sorry I dont speak Japanese so its a little difficult getting a laptop here)

Hi, still enjoying your blog, though Arch and Crux are a bit beyond my reach as yet...

Just heard today about the package screen-profiles.
It's in the Ubuntu Jaunty repos, I've just tried it out and it seems to make an X-free desktop quite a bit more feasable for an unter-geek like yours truly!

Just in case you hadn't come across it already.

    John
