Hello there and so sorry for not replying your message, I found a job after 4 years living in HELL without a job so I'm busy and trying not to lose it, that is why I can't login or do anything. I will be back once everything be ok. I had to travel to another country to find a job, I'm alone and it's SO hard but I will fight to the end
Thank you so much for everything, I will reply your message hopefully soon!
If you're moving to Debian (which your last comments seem to suggest), I'll suggest visiting forums.debian.net (FDN for short).
I've been using Lucid and Squeeze, myself.
Hello and thanks a lot for accepting my friend request
Hi ranch hand, It has been many moons...sorry I was so rude as to leave for so long without saying a word...I'm sorry...you were one of the people who was very helpful to me in my many travails. I hope to see you around. How are you doing, I know you were rather stretched making ends meet...I hope it's gotten better and not worse.

Oh, nice of you to write me a line. I took down the social group for seeming lack of interest...oh well...I can look at your lovely photograph here. I just posted so will be interested in any comment from you. It's all fun.
Glad you're staying busy...lol
Your name sounds ever so American!
I like your posts and I like the friendly and authoritatve way you make them.
Hope we can be friends on the Ubuntu Forum
I won't bug you I promise...I just want to say that warfacegod commented on the thread about Lucid and thought you might respond to him.
Hi, and how are ya'?
If you are still interested in having Nautilus with the tabs at the top, go here and read this and the next couple of posts: http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php...0&postcount=84
I also locked the files in Synaptic and apt-get. For apt-get I used these instructions, since I didn't know how to do it. I learned the hard way that using sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade would reinstall the Nautilus with the tabs at the bottom, even with the files locked in Synaptic.
