You should checkout http://www.pendrivelinux.com. The Slax linux version fits on a 256mb flash drive and it lightning fast. Pretty neat.
Do you have any experience with scanning for cross site scripting? I can't find any scanners for linux.

Okay I'll get it out in the morning. Should get there pretty quick coming from NC; they're building a FedEx hub in Greensboro which is right next door. This os was made for 386 and 486 machines so I don't know if it will work on a pentium. Worth a try though I suppose.
