Hi Lidex ..... I am on 11.10 now Oneiric and my sound has gone again ..... the previous fix does not work this time ...... I wondered if you could help me again ... its in the Oneiric section and is only happening on my 64 bit installation ..... Acer Aspire 7730 ...... only clue so far is a lock on the sound icon in the cairo-dock, If you feel like helping at all here is the link .
