Hi my good friend, how are you? I'm sorry, I've been away and it's a long story but I'm here right now. I guess you already left the Mailing List and guess what? I did the same. So, I'm here again I don't have much time as before so I will do my best to do some support here and on Lubuntu Page on Facebook. Other than that, I can't due to many issues (Real Life mainly). Hope you are fine. I haven't seen you for a month and a half maybe so thought to pass by and say Hi
Hi there Hope you are doing well. I'm glad that a fellow member of Lubuntu Team is here I have some ideas and plans and hope we can work together to make things even better. Take care! P.S. Thanks for your nice words and your reply, I saw it but didn't reply yet on the mailing list
I saw your post requesting a way to inhibit sleep and scale cpu frequency. I happen to know of two handy little applets that should meet these requirements: CPUFreq In the terminal: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:artfwo/ppa sudo apg-get update sudo apt-get install indicator-cpufreq Caffeine Again, in the terminal: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:caffeine-developers/ppa sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install caffeine Hope you find these useful.
Hi Kansas, I sent the files. Thanks!
I think I remember you mentioning lilo in a post some tie back. Can that be used to fix a MS boot. It looks to me in the boot script from this guy that grub was put in in place of the MS boot loader. He can't fine his install disk (XP).
