Hi. To be honest, I'm not sure. I haven't bought a laptop new in quite a long time, and the ones I see for sale in Japanese electronics stores almost always have MS on them. My first instinct is to recommend Dell, but that's only because I know they sell preinstalled systems elsewhere. But I don't know that it's the case for Japan.
