I haven't scribbled on anyone's wall for awhile - you're the lucky recipient...
Hi, In the past you have helped people with the notorious ipw2200 wireless driver. I have an X41 thinkpad tablet running lubuntu 11.10 and a t43p also running lubuntu 11.10. The wifi keeps dropping out in both, and only a reboot will restart it. If I run Windows XP on the same hardware, the wifi is stable and never quits. I tried to find and download the "newer" package you recommended, but failed (it was removed). I would have thought that the latest ubuntu would include the latest drivers, and, in addition, that since this is an old wireless adaptor, the driver would be stable. Can you help? This might drive me back to XP... ;-( Thanks!
