Hi alexfish Thanks for the efforts but still no luck, after following your last instructions .... here is the pop-up messsage after the disconnections: Unable to mount Connect_Box Error mounting: mount exited with exit code 1: helper failed with: mount: block device /dev/sr1 is write-protected, mounting read-only mount: /dev/sr1 is not a valid block device Any other suggestions greatly appreciated sean
