Hey I found this topic about the Hercules webcam here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=509684 and I noticed you said you got yours working, but when following your instructions I just received errors. First of all, do you have the Hercules Deluxe (other models have different chipsets) and secondly, what version of Ubuntu are you using? I would greatly appreciate any help.
