David, I have a question about dansguardian-gui-squid. The Lord laid it on my heart here while back to create a more lightweight family-friendly Linux distro. Personally, I prefer to have a transparent proxy set up, which is MUCH easier to do with Squid than Tinyproxy, although I've heard rumors that Tinyproxy can do that -- the question is how.
Anyways, I loaded your repository you mentioned in Bodhi Linux (based on Ubuntu), and in the description for dansguardian-gui-squid, the description in Synaptic read "It helps you to setup and manage dansguardian to work with tinyproxy." Excuse me, but shouldn't that be squid? Also, why does one also need Tinyproxy in order to use dansguardian-gui-squid? I'm just a bit hesitant to add tinyproxy for fear that it'll wreck everything I've got going on so far in the filtering department, which is working great. Can you please shed some light on the details here?
Thanx in advance,
Fred in St. Louis
