Network Printer Problems

I have a Dell 3000cn Laser Printer connected to a wireless network. I have Ubuntu 8.10, and I can't figure how to print over the network to it. Any help would be gladly accepted and thanks in advance.

I'm trying to connect the exact same printer. I can find it by IP address, it is recognized as the correct model and everything seems fine, I can even set options for different addon hardware.

But when I try to print something it will just get stuck printing blank pages. I'll let you know when/if I figure it out.
