I kept searching on different sites and finally found
ubuntu-tr.org

Is there a way to suggest this site to be put on the above web page?

i'm sure there is. but your english seems fine. true some posters think it's cute to use chat lingo in here. and that makes it hard even for those of us who speak english as their first language to understand.

There are some for other forms of Linux:

Linux Mint: http://www.linuxmint.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=77
(there's a lot of common ground between Ubuntu and Mint)

There's also a distribution which has had some very good reviews which is being actively developed in Turkey (by TÜBİTAK - UEKAE) called Pardus. http://www.pardus.org.tr - you might find some help with Linux in general there which will help you in Ubuntu, or may be tempted to give Pardus a try.

Hope this helps!

The same is true for me (and, I suspect, lots of other users) and I'm English!
