I am playing wow on a Acer Aspire 5570z. Which after asking my friend who could tell you anything about how stuff will work on any pc said it should work fine so I know its not the system.
But basicly what occurs is when I boot wow not with opengl it opens fine everything shows up fine untill you click anything thats when the areas where you type and where any text apears go all glitchy and turn to what looks like a very badd reseption on a tv set.
I set OpenGl and hey this is even worse where the text boxes are suppose to be are completly black nothing is visible and when I log all the action bar buttons are black as well. I have tried the Ubuntu help topic and troubleshooting but it doesn't help. This occurs pre 3.0 patches as well. Any ideas what could be the issue. I could post a screenshot if need be.
