I'm running Hardy. I use rdesktop to connect to several Win2k3 servers. In Gutsy, rdesktop worked perfectly for me. In Hardy, there are two minor annoying issues I have never been able to resolve. Please help!
First, and most important, I want to swap my caps and control keys and have those swapped keys work at all times, especially when I am using rdesktop. Surely others are doing this. I have tried a bunch of methods and all work only partially. What is the bullet proof and gold-standard way to do this?
(It would be awesome if the swapped keys worked in the virtual terminals and at all other times, even outside X.)
Second, I hope I can find a way to swap to another workspace on my Ubuntu desktop without using CTRL-ALT-ENTER to come out of full screen in rdesktop. Is this possible? (My Gutsy setup did exactly what I wanted in this regard, but I can't replicate this with Hardy.)
