Where could I find some of the bes car simulation games for linux?

Also, where can I download SDL-Config. I need it to install/run VisualBoyAdvance.

The sdl-config program comes with the development package of libsdl. That is, libsdl1.2-dev.

I can't get racer 0.5.3beta5 to install right on Feisty. It crashes with a floating point error when I click anything.
