Does anyone know if updated Brasero packages will be available for Hardy? Hardy is supposed to be long term support and Brasero still does not work right. I would like to see Brasero work in Hardy. Version 0.8.3 is out but I have been unable to find a package for Hardy...

Actually looking for Intrepid also.... you can get the files and compile them yourself but i like using the repo to install stuff... or a deb package would work.

I compiled and installed 0.8.3, unfortunately it does not work any better than 0.8.2. The main issues are blanking a DVD-RW and burning iso files to DVD.The Nautilus burning application does not suffer from these issues.

Yes, it can install on Hardy. They have package for Hardy and for Intrepid too. (Even 32 and 64 bit versions)
www.getdeb.net is really great!
