Hi, folks-
I just installed Ubuntu 8.04, then did the 8.10 upgrade on my Dell XPS T450 desktop (manufactured in 1999), and during boot-up, I see a message that APCI fails due to the age of the processor, and that I must specify APCI=FORCE.
Okay . . . I have no problem doing that, but I don't know how. Would someone please tell me how? I tried a number of search attempts in the forums but I was not successful.
Thanks in advance.
