On a clean Ubuntu installation, (On a side note, Ubuntu isnt in the Firefox dictionary!) after installing the latest Nvidia drivers from the Hardware Drivers tool (version 177 I think), I get corruption on windows sometimes. It's only when using this theme.

Check this thread: Strange windows borders after upgrade to 8.10 (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=975903)

On my case, after switching to Emerald, the problem simple vanished; but there are other people who haven't being that lucky, apparently its related to the video card you are running?

And regarding the lack of Ubuntu on the default Firefox dictionary, I have noticed it too :D
In the Spanish (Argentina) its missing as well.

I've had the same issue through several versions of Ubuntu. It happens on a couple of systems with different video cards including Nvidia Quadro FX 3400 and Quadro FX 1500. Mildly annoying. I also find that konsole gets corrupted and I have to open a new tab then go back to the original tab.

Found this:

Looks like it's a problem with the Nvidia drivers.
