Which HDTV Tuner cards work in Intrepid?

What HDTV Tuner card actually works with Ubuntu (/Linux in general).

I just bought an ATI TV Wonder 650 PCIe, and I realized my mistake as is that ATI hates Linux. Any suggestions on what card I SHOULD buy?

Also, what is the best software to use? (easy to use AND install)
