Auto mount USB device in XP guest without selecting it.

I have USB working in the XP guest. Is there a way to mount USB devices in XP guest automatically, just like XP normally acts. I don't want to have to select it from the Vbox window and mount it. The reason for this is I want to run it in full screen mode and not let the user see they are running in a VM. In other words VM XP in full screen plugin USB stick and it automatically appears in "My Computer".

Ok, I set a filter for the USB device and XP see it, but I don't want to set a filter. I want all USB devices mounted automatically without the need for filters in the XP guest.

Am I missing something?
