gtkguitune don't work after update to intrepid.

GtkGuiTune was working fine with hardy, but after update to intrepid it doesn't see input anymore. I'm sure my input settings in alsamixer are fine. I can hear guitar if I unmute 'Front Mic' in 'Playback' alsamixer section. In gtkguitune there is only one option in 'Options->Recording Input': Digital 1, which doesn't seems too be right one.

Any tips?
