VB is set to full screen and I would like it in a window so that I can reduce it.

How can I switch from full screen to a window. Catching the controls at start up is ineffective because I can not click on the screen settings before it goes into full screen mode.

Do you mean your guest is fullscreen? If so, use your host key (normally the right Control key) plus f. :)

The host key is used to set the mouse capture in win2k. I would have liked to know how to do what I asked but I have a workaround. I have started using a different workspace for VB. That gives me enough flexibility.

Yes, Host key alone switches mouse capture.

(Hold down) Host + Home gives you the VB menu.
(Hold down) Host + F switches fullscreen.
