Export music to mp3?

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a way to export all music (or subset) in mp3 format, it would be nice if it kept the directory structure.

The reason is that I have a cd player in the car that does mp3 and it would be nice to export the existing music with titles etc onto one or more cds.

Export from what?
Do you mean that you want to rip the CDs? If so, try sound-juicer. It should be in Applications->Sound & Video->Audio CD Extractor
