EDIT: Yes, I missed that part about HARDY. Need better spectacles.

Yeh its kind of stupid for a LTS release to not get a security patch, I know the ubuntu devs always favor the latest version but SOME of us want to stay with hardy :D

Done this update some days ago already.
Maybe a "apt-get update" will fix your problem.
