Changing User Icons?

I notice in a lot of GDM downloads, there are users that have profile pictures... How do I change that?

Go to System→Preferences→About Me. In the window that opens, in the top left is a default picture. When you click on it a directory opens with pictures you can choose from. You can also navigate to a picture you made yourself. I use a picture of 96x96 pixels. You can use a larger picture but, as they say, your mileage may vary.
