I know this is a dupe from a different forum folder, i couldn't delete the other one, but noone has helped so far. :(

"SSH to my linux box FROM my mac, THROUGH remote desktop .."
I would REALLY appreciate some help here.

I have a linux box running out there in space somewhere. I cannot ssh onto that machine directly from my Mac (don't worry about why.)
But I can however,(from my Mac), remote-desktop onto a windows machine that allows me to SSH onto my linux box.

So I suppose this is fine, but it's too many layers in between, ya know?

I would like to be able to some how tunnel my ssh connection, starting at a mac os x terminal, through remote desktop, through ssh on the remote desktop, onto the linux box.
OR:
I would like to be able to access files on the windows box that I'm remote desktoping into, from my mac. That way i could map a network drive to the linux host on the windows box, then from my mac, access those mapped files..

I prefer the first solution way more though. Any ideas?
