Hi there,

I'm relatively new to Ubuntu, and I've noticed a problem with my wireless connection - it inevitably disconnects at some point and is unable to reconnect.

To elaborate: I boot into Ubuntu, connect to the wireless network automatically using my keyring (I have a WPA2 password-secured connection), browse the Internet from anywhere to 5-25 min, and it disconnects. Ubuntu asks me the password again so I can connect again, but no matter if the pasword is right, the computer can never connect again until I restart.

I'm using Blanc BW-54R11 router and a Netgear WG111 wireless USB adapter, although I know the router isn't the problem because whenever this occurs, my other computers still have Internet access...

You can probably tell this gets quite annoying after about the third time, so ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Robert

I'm having exactly the same problem with the same wireless adapter. I think I'm going to try ndiswrapper once I get the prism drivers blacklisted.
