Bash script for common problem, can anyone help?

Hey, just had a thought. I was sat at my computer when I decided to look into one of my music folders to find that every single song had duplicated itself 3 times!

So now im left with a folder filled with about 300 (originally about 100) and no simple way of reversing it. I know one thing, theres no way i'm manually deleting each one.

Anyone got an idea?

How do you know they're duplicates? Can you identify which file duplicates which other one, and, if so, how?
