Over the Air Program Guide

Hi. I can't seem to get my over-the-air program guide to work. There are times that a recording will have a synopsis when I go to watch it, but it isn't consistent and my program guide is always just full of "unknowns." I've enabled EIT for each channel and the program guide setting for the card is set to over the air. What else do I need to do?
