View Full Version : Which nsplugginwrapper-flash better in Aur?

There are 3 of them. I want to use flash10 without a problem. Which one i should choose?
And my system is 64bit.

aur/nspluginwrapper-flash-beta 10.0.12.10-1 [10.0.0.525-2 installed]
I'm using the above one without any hassles.

Thanks mips! I was using the flash9 one. Now i will try the package you suggested.
By the way why 10 still beta?

I have been using:
aur/nspluginwrapper-beta 1.1.4-1 [installed]
and
archlinuxfr/lib32-flashplugin 10.0.12.36-1 [installed] (lib32)
I thought that I did this instead of nspluginwrapper-flash-beta because the beta version of nspluginwrapper was able to get flash 10 to not have the menu items show up underneath the flash player. I am not a heavy flash player user but I have not run into any major issues yet.

Not for sure if you are into trying out alphas or not, but Adobe has come out with an alpha for Flash 64-bit on Linux:

I just uninstalled nspluginwrapper and downloaded the alpha. It seems to work, but I have not done too much with it yet.
