Security risk with firefox (profiles) ?

I copied my firefox profile folder in windows and moved it to firefox's profile folder in linux, now do I wonder if there is some security risks with this?

The only thing this will have any affect on js your home directory. Read these stickies at the top of this section:

Remember Linux is not Windows, most of what you know about security does not apply here.
