I downloaded Wubi & installed Ubuntu. (my computer won't do a standard dual boot.) When ever I try to boot to Ubuntu, I get a DOS screen. I have no idea how to proceed from there. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Butch

Are you viewing a prompt that says "BusyBox"?

if its linux, it isnt DOS. the only DOS around right now is MSDOS, which is microsoft. i know this is a bit pedantic and most people will realise you mean a command line interface (CLI) when you say DOS, but if you're googling for answers, you'll get further by putting command line than you will typing DOS.

true, and dos died with windows ME. it was the last operating system to be layered on top of good ole dos. R.I.P. DOS.
