I love Windows because of the amount of times I have heard the start up theme in odd places or seen BSODs.
So post a comical picture of a BSOD found in a public place, or somewhere on the Internet, there are many :)
Either that a story where Windows crashed and amused everyone/the total opposite.
I will start with both:

Windows BSODing at a Nine Inch Nails Gig

My story: Our DJ ran Windows at a school disco. Half way through the gig everyone heard the almighty "BUM" noise it makes when an error occurs, followed by silence. A few minutes later you could hear the Windows startup tune as the DJ restarted.

These errors aren't real, but really they can:

I was at their concert last night. The BSOD flashes occasionally on the screen - it's part of their video montage and not an actual error ;)

The "cannot delete file, not enough disc space, delete some files" error happened to me.
It was amusing, for a few seconds until I realised the stupidness I had to overcome.

This was not a BSOD but a 'fatal exception' message. It happened to me on a Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt to Orlando. The screen on the seat front of me stuck at that message. It was running Windows CE, I think. The steward got it restarted which went on for like 5 minutes or so. Eventually, it did work though.
