Hi all,
I dunno if you guys have heard of metisse or not. It seems to be an interesting bit of technology. I saw some videos on youtube as well as dailymotion and I for one is very much impressed.

Some links

If people have any ideas or have used the same, would like to know.

Also is it possible to have it in Jaunty? With Metacity though

I've heard of Metisse. In fact, I used it on Mandrivia. I think it uses its own themes though, different from Metacity. Not sure though.

As soon as a certain little patch finally hits X (which won't be for a while), Metisse will be outgunned by Compiz.

No to the latter; it's both an X server and a window manager. It is neat, and shows what cool stuff can be done with Input Redirection.

Anybody able to play with it with intel integrated chipsets? I'm interested to find something about that

Now I'm curious, what patch? :)
