Hi,
this may not be the right place but I'll ask anyway:
I am using netbeans 6 for JAVA and c++ programming and i have encountered the following problem:
Suddenly (i assume i accidentally pressed a hot key combination) some of my sour code i was working on was locked and i could only read it but not edit it. And every time i tried to i got a little message saying that a certain file in lock/home/user/projectname/ existed, but there is no directory on my system called lock.
Does anyone know how to unlock the source code again? (BTW i tried deleting the file and creating it new etc). And google was not very helpful either.

Thanks

Have you tried showing hidden files in the netbeans directory. It is very possible there might be a ".lock" file somewhere?
