Hi All,
I found it very odd that, my main speaker would work when I used headphones when I installed Ubuntu 8.10 on my New Laptop!
It took about 1 hour to find that there was option tab on Volume Control called "Switches", that I had to click on, to enable the option "Headphone Jack Sense" to be disabled the speakers when I use headphones!
Is it just me or is this very odd that this isn't enabled by default!
