Where does the sticky show up when you enter the thread from a search?

Um, hi, then! I'm actually over here because I was reading the what's the point of a women's forum (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=74884) thread in the Community Chat section, and I wanted to see what all the fuss and arguing was about. As long as I'm here, let me extend an invitation to the women reading this to come over to that thread and give your input.
