UT2k4 LinuxHardware.org Benchmarks won't run

I installed the ECEBonus Pack, and the skins for the characters are causing some conflicts with the benchmark program.... I installed the 3355 patch after I installed the ECE Pack, is there any way to fix this problem?

im pretty sure its whats causing the benchmark scripts from

to not run. I get a splash screen, but it never starts up. If I run the .sh files in the terminal, I get the following:
