Argentina Subforum: requesting moderator change

Hi, I'm stepping down as moderator for the Argentina Subforum. Because of this, the Ubuntu-Ar locoteam has selected the following forum's user: "Hei Ku" as my replacement in the task.
I kindly ask you guys if you can grant him the same profile/role/permissions I have today and remove them from my user so that I can become a normal user once again.

hi, i'm just curious about this process, usually the loco forum and the loco mod(s) is requested the by contact person of the loco team, so isn't this the prerogative of the contact person to choose the loco mod volunteer?

or this process isn't really strict, in this case?

Hi loell. I'm the contact guy in Argentina Loco Team (and one of the mods too).
Besides that, I don't really take the decisions in my group: we have a "meta" list where all the people who want to help in the team participate and we discuss, vote and decide over this matter and others.
I'm not aware if there is a certain procedure to ask for a forum's mod, in all previous cases (when the other mod and I were chosen), the loco team contact requested here the change and it was granted.
Nevertheless you can be sure we carefully selected my replacement and we're certain he will do a terrific job.

In our forum (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=189) at the bottom where is the list of the mods, Hei Ku is colored with green, other mods in red, but not Beuno and myself. Why is that? What is the purpose of the colors?

Thanks,Usually the Loco team leads are colored green, but it isn't a hard or fast rule. Would you two like a green username too?
