Diablo 2 LOD cd error

I really need help. I installed Diablo 2 LOD on Ubuntu, but when I try to launch it said that I need to verify if I putted the disc. I checked everything seems to be normal so I click "retry" then the same error window appear and asks for the same, please help me. Maybe this is an error of the driver.

Have you set up a device node symlink as decribed in the how-to for the game in Wine's Application Database?

Have you applied LOD patch 1.12 or later? The disk check was removed from the game in that patch.
