What is a good VNC server to install on a linux server? Is it safe? And how exactly do I install it? this is my first server.

I use x11vnc and I found it pretty safe. I set it up to where I have to start it each time I wanna use it, which eliminates any threats. Check out my sig, the second part of my first post talks about setting it up and using it.

I use rdesktop to view my server when I feel like I need to see what's going on. I've forwarded port 5900 through my router so that I can access it from any internet connection. There is a small delay but it's very workable.

I tried x11vnc, but when i go to install it in the command shell it asks if I want to continue [Y/n]? When i enter Y it says "command not found"!!!!! How am I supposed to continue!?!?!

Thanks for your help, btw. It seems like problems arise from the simplest things!
