It's the same color as my poop...

Otherwise, it is a nice logo. Try to get a little closer to the current human color scheme, not the legacy one.

BTW- I think a blue version of this would suffice for a Kubuntu logo.

Thanks for the feedback. I was more concerned about the shape of the logo, not so much about the color. Color can be changed rather quickly.

If you want I can upload the svg and you can go to town with it all you want.

As an alternative to this one, I was going to modify the playboy bunny with some horns. What do you think? :)

I like it. The colors yes can be changed, but I think the logo outline itself you did an excellent job on.

Nice, but I still think the original looks best, it reminds me of this:

Perhaps making the jackalope in the original a silhouette will work?

Yeah, I agree. I really liked the *professional* look of the ibex best. That's what my first one was based on. The later two were more comical.

I just didn't like the first one. Not sure what I didn't like. Maybe the jackalope needed to sit instead of being in a running position.
