Just upgraded some new bluetooth drivers/apps today. It's possible to browse and view files on the phones and download them, but it's not possible to upload them to the phone via either drag and drop or send to methods. I'm using a SonyEricsson K800i which is fully Obex and bluetooth compliant. Raised bug reports #294613 and #294617 on launchpad. This was possible on Ubuntu 7.10 and 8.04.
