My friend told me that. just download the ubuntu and burn it.
put the cd in the drive in windows itself without rebooting.
it will start running the setup. you just choose the disk where it will install all the things. make sure the disk is empty.
after installing, reboot you can select the Operating system to work.
my system configuration
c: windows 70GB
d: my files 70GB
e: my files 70GB
f: my files 70GB
e: DVD/CD writer
could you please clarify on this. i am ready to give one drive expect windows for linux and i am looking to work on it.
i have downloaded and installed in f:
after installing and rebooting i am getting this as below could you please help me to continue?

the above one i get nothing more..'
